We offer a 3-day return policy, which means you must request a return within 3 days of receiving your parcel.
🔁 Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return or defect claim:

The item must be unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging.

A parcel opening video is mandatory to claim a return or defect — this requirement is clearly printed on our courier bags.

If the issue is on our end (e.g., defective product or wrong item sent) and proper parcel opening video proof is provided — we will bear all route shipping costs.

If the reason is personal (e.g., didn't like it, changed mind) — the customer must bear the full return and replacement shipping charges.
