Return & Exchange Policy

At Ayzel by Siyaab, we want you to love what you buy. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

✅ Return Window

We offer a 3-day return policy, which means you must request a return within 3 days of receiving your parcel.


🔁 Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or defect claim:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging.

  • A parcel opening video is mandatory to claim a return or defect — this requirement is clearly printed on our courier bags.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is also required.

We’ll guide you through the steps and provide a return shipping label if applicable. Do not ship back your item before confirmation, as unapproved returns will not be accepted.

You must return the parcel to the same store/address from which you received it:

💬 For verification and eligibility, always confirm with the main number or the specific store contact before initiating return or exchange.


🚚 Shipping Responsibility

  • If the issue is on our end (e.g., defective product or wrong item sent) and proper parcel opening video proof is provided — we will bear all route shipping costs.

  • If the reason is personal (e.g., didn't like it, changed mind) — the customer must bear the full return and replacement shipping charges.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Sale/discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Used or washed products

  • Personal care goods (e.g., cosmetics)

  • Custom or made-to-order items

  • Hazardous or flammable items


🔄 Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange, you can:

  • Return the product first (as per return rules)

  • Once approved, place a new order separately

You may also exchange or return your item in-person at our physical stores within the return window, provided all conditions are met.


💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You’ll be notified of approval/rejection.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
