Shipping Policy

We aim to deliver your orders swiftly and safely, no matter where you are in India. Please read our updated shipping guidelines below:

Standard shipping is ₹100 per kg across India.
Free shipping on orders above ₹10,000.
Once you place your order, our team will contact you to explain the shipping method, weight-based charges, and estimated delivery time.

We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) due to the following reasons:

Many of our products are custom-packed and made-to-order, and COD leads to high rejection and return rates.
We prioritize safety and authenticity for both parties, and COD limits quality check accountability on receipt.
We offer secure UPI/online payments and also allow “Order Now, Pay After Call Confirmation” (on request).

All products are quality-checked before shipment.
Orders are dispatched in secure, tamper-proof courier bags to ensure safe delivery.
We strictly do not allow open delivery. Our courier partners are instructed to deliver only sealed and packed parcels.
In case you receive a damaged or defective product, a parcel opening video is mandatory to raise a claim. This instruction is also printed on all our courier packaging.

Orders placed Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched the same or next business day.
Orders placed on Saturday & Sunday are processed on the following Monday.

Delivery partners are not authorized to open packages or allow open inspection.

3 to 8 business days, depending on your location and courier service availability.
